the hotel was in a very good location lots of eateries and shops just around the corner and pretty close to the beach the room was spotless thanks to all the receptionists Linh ,Nguyen,Minh and Ngan they went beyond and above to make our holiday a special one once again thanks all the 4 staffs which made the difference for our stay very comfortable thanks again from Mr Diep and Chantal

the hotel is in a very good location lots of eateries and shops around the hotel the room was very clean and spotless the things that stand out the most are the customers service especially Linh Nguyen Minh and Ngan they went above and beyond to make ours holiday a special one thank you very much for their nice friendly and professional and we would love to be back to this hotel thanks to their hospitality

Started off great KIM was so friendly and helpful and so nice went downhill from there. Got an unusual note that my wife’s makeup was on a hand towel and it was used as a mat , 40k fine I washed it for them and this was accepted ! Was really odd, most hotels have complimentary small water but no asked for another 40k , KIM should be the manager as she had the perfect attitude The spa was awesome and great service! So worth paying a little more than the street ones , well trained and quiet place , Highly recommend

The hotel is located at a very convenient area surrounded with many restaurants, shops & massage parlors. There is a nice pool at the top level overseeing the ocean too. The breakfast has a wide variety and they made an effort to change the noodle soup daily. Overall it is worth to stay here for the price that you are paying.
