"We LOVED this hotel. The best part was that we were upgraded to a room with a view of the falls. That certainly was a WOW moment when we walked into it! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark with the blackout shades. We slept well. The falls are just a short walk away with so much to see and do. The hotel has great places to eat, but we just grabbed coffee and muffins from the Starbucks right in the hotel in the morning and headed to the falls and ate there. (Table Rock House Restaurant and Skylon Tower were perfect.)We used the hotel hot tub in the evening before going to bed. Very relaxing! I thought it would be crowded, but we were the only ones there. We had a late flight the day we left, and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them during the day so we could go do activities. We accidentally left an expensive set of headphones in the lobby when we left. No worries! They mailed them to us. Everyone working in this hotel is so helpful. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. "
