The gorge-view units and balcony units are subject to availability on day of check in. We do not guarantee that all units will have a view of the Niagara gorge. As a policy, we do require a 200 security deposit on check in. If stay is longer than 20 days, security deposit is $500.






Guests access the building through hotel front desk. They have access to all common areas including breakfast area, lobby, and the indoor pool.

Housekeeping is not included as part of your stay, all requests for housekeeping will cost extra.

15 minutes walk to downtown Niagara Falls and the University of Niagara Falls Canada. GO station, VIA Rail, Bus terminal all located there.

Bus station located on hotel site as well.

Hotel staff may knock on door to enter unit for cleaning, maintenance, and emergency reasons.
