Beautifully remodeled house 1 mile from the falls, in the heart of NIAGARA FALLS.
Three bedrooms for 3 queen beds (one with a TV). A bathroom also is available upstairs.
Downstairs enjoy the living room with a big TV and two confortable coaches. Also a beautiful dining room for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen (Pots and pans, plates etc. Fridge, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine etc.)
Outside you have a nice front porch and two private parking spots for your cars on the side of the house.
In the heart of Niagara Falls.
Only 1 mile from the entrance of the NIAGARA FALLS PARK.

Very run down neighborhood

Property was not very well kept on outside. Trash from neighbors all over driveway. Hedges not maintained, yard needed tended to badly. Really couldn’t sit outside on porch, neighbors smoking something that stunk pretty bad( if ya know what I mean), people would cut through the yard from back side to around the front. Definitely scary! It was definitely an old house, still needs updates.

the house was clean and cozy, very comfy beds! the neighborhood was ok. Very short distance to the falls which was the whole point of the trip so that was great!. The book in the home of things to do and go needs updated. overall very nice!!

House was clean.3 bedrooms with comfy beds and couch. Close walk (20 min) to Niagara Falls. Owner responded quickly to questions and tried to be accommodating. Bare essentials provided.- just enough towels, sheets, blankets, 2 rolls toilet paper, spices, coffee. No extras. Neighborhood sketchy, but we had no problems. Bathroom small, esp. if sharing with teens(but not end of world)

Great Home

Check in was simple, host communicated all the instructions a day before. House was clean and offered everything we needed during our stay. My family had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again if we are ever back!

My 3 hour “Stay”

Unfortunately, my reviews to VRBO is over 2000 words, which I don’t think most people will make it to the end. Long story short... the taxi driver and police recommended we stay in after dark. Crime in the area is notable and evident. The inside of the residence is nice, however my daughter located some drugs under the cocktail table. We left after a few hours and got a hotel outside of town. I think a more realistic description of the location is necessary. From what the police department told me, there is contention with the local government regarding locations that should be allowed to rent due to the terrible neighborhoods.
