It was concerning that the staff was unable to identify the charge on their end, even after I showed the transactions appearing on my banking platform (the room charge, the security deposit, and the expected parking charge, but instead there was an unexpected charge of $200.32) The staff member eventually confirmed that the transaction code matched the security deposit code that could explain the charge. The issue remains unresolved. Overall, the experience was not pleasant from the moment we checked in. The welcome felt insincere, and one of the elevators was out of service.
