**We take our guests' safety seriously. We clean and disinfect all doorknobs, handles, sink and shower knobs, toilets, kitchen surfaces etc. before arrival for each guest.**

Checkout couldn’t be easier, simply lock up when you are ready to leave and you are all set! We do not require our guests to pay a cleaning fee and also work. Your comfort and relaxation is important to us. You are on vacation after all!

Enjoy this meticulously maintained home in downtown Niagara Falls! The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, premium cookware, and everything you need for the perfect vacation meal. The house features 3 bedrooms and a spacious full bathroom. A large private parking area is available behind the home that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Bedrooms 1 & 2 each have Queen size beds with premium mattresses. Bedroom 3 has a Full size bunk bed. Additionally, there is a pack & play for any little ones. The sofa in the living room folds out to make a large sleeping surface as well.

The house is located 1 mile from the Falls and just a half-mile from the Casino! The home is located on a historic road in Niagara Falls. Only a 20-minute drive to downtown Buffalo - so if you're looking to see the Falls and explore BOTH Buffalo and NF and truly get a handle on the beautiful region of WNY, this is the ideal hub and location.

Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private vehicle is the best way of seeing all of the sights.

Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. No additional charge for up to 10 confirmed guests. There will be an additional charge of $45 per person for every guest in excess of 10 or for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized.

No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality for our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee.

*No animals are allowed at this property. If you would like to bring your pet, please inquire about one of our other properties that are pet and service-animal friendly. One owner is allergic and the home is carpeted.

Early check-in/ late check-outs: We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability. Overstaying past checkout time without prior permission will result in a charge of $75 per hour. This is the fee our cleaners charge us and we therefore have to pass it on.

The driveway is narrow and some may find it challenging to drive into it with larger vehicles. With that being said, our guests have been able to use the driveway with large full-size pickups and vans without issue. Please use the driveway at your own risk. We will not be liable for any damage caused to the property or your vehicle when using the driveway. Free street parking is also available and details can be shared if requested.
