We always stay in this hotel with my family if we want the best view of the falls and a chance to truly relax in the jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and waking up to that view never gets old. The atmosphere is calm yet family-friendly, the staff is welcoming, and everything feels well taken care of. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and we always leave feeling refreshed and already planning our next stay.

Yes it was spotless, excellent room that was given to us, with an incredible breathtaking view on both sides of Canadian and USA Niagara Falls, newly renovated , 3 beds and 2 bedrooms. Just excellent for romance destination, couples and families. Thank you for accommodating us so well. Breakfast included, from the valet crews and all staff of the hotel, they were hospitable, great smiles and polite I highly recommend and for sure we will be back again.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Great view of falls. Definitely worth the upgrade. Free breakfast was average but it was free so can’t complain. We also ate at STK which was really good and convenient.
