    Welcome to your Niagara Falls getaway! This charming 3-bedroom house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, located just minutes from the iconic falls. Enjoy a spacious home with modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Take advantage of the free driveway parking as well! Ideal for families and groups, this home provides a comfortable base for exploring all that Niagara Falls has to offer.



    The Space:

    + 3 bedrooms all with queen beds upstairs

    + 2 futons in the living room (can sleep 1 person each)

    + 4 minute drive to the Falls!!

    + Complimentary coffee and high-speed wifi

    + Driveway parking for 2 cars



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement. It is unfinished, empty and not rented out - the basement door is locked.

The property was really nice, clean and well laid out. The host was great, easy to communicate with and quick to respond before and during our stay! It was a good location to be a as it was short drive to the Falls and other places to eat and it was nice being on a quieter street.
