Relax on the front porch . New kitchen cabinets, counters, and backsplash. 3 bedrooms on the main floor. One Full Bathroom on the main floor with a new tub, new vanity, new toilet, and ceramic tile. The Second Bathroom is downstairs with standing shower, new vanity and new toilet.

This is located in an older neighborhood, but we had no issues. Next door neighbors were friendly. The house is a little more worn than pictures make it seem, but not bad. House was clean. The check in process was smooth. Overall a good stay. Would recommend.

Niagara Falls trip with grandchildren

Very nice house that has been recently renovated. Centrally located to all the attractions in and around Niagara Falls. We especially enjoyed our visit to Fort Niagara, Cave of the Winds, and the Maid of the Mist.

Perfect location

This was a five minute drive from the falls, so close but not so close you're surrounded by tourists and noise. Very cozy, close to a well-stocked grocery. All in all it was a great spot for our family getaway!

Located very close the falls, house was nice and good rooms for family ! Neighborhood is very old and un settling! But neighbors were friendly! The house did need some good pots and pans ,silverware and towels! All in all good experience!

Clean comfortable home in a interesting location

The inside of this home was very comfortable. Clean, thoughtful and conveniently located a short drive to the Falls. Other properties in the neighborhood do not appear as well maintained

The kitchen and bathrooms are renovated, very nicely. The house is a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. The location is very close to everything.

It seems the owner is fairly new to Vrbo. The property is a work in progress. It was comfortable, very clean and about 10 min to Goat Island by car. A little more detail to details and comfort would be appreciated. Overall we had a good time. Overall we had a good time

I loved everything about my stay, very clean and spacious. Quiet area which made it peaceful and the falls were less then 10 minutes away so that was very convenient. Other than that there’s no reason why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars 😊😊

Great house very close to the falls

Nice house well-maintained updated. Location is very close to the fall, but several neighbors on the same street were sketchy. Host was very friendly and helpful although we did not interact much. My family slept well in the comfortable and nice house. Would return.

Clean and pleasant

Clean and neighbors were polite. Well lit in front but car alarm went off in back of the house during before sunset. Was slightly nervous of area. But was only a few minutes from Fall.

Convenient to Everything

The house is in the middle of everything. It is easy to get to the Falls, and attendant activities, as well as going to Whirlpool Park, Power Vista, the Underground Railroad museum, and Old Fort Niagara. There was ample street parking, so we went with that as the most convenient way to park. You can see a Tops from the house, and it is close enough to walk.

Close to the Falls

Our stay was decent. Pros: proximity to Niagra Falls State Park and other planned excursions. Off street parking. 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Communication with host was excellent. Cons: The neighborhood- lots of foot traffic & cars parked in front of property. Central air conditioner could not keep the entire house cool. Stained bath mats & bedding. For the price & for what we planned for our trip this was a decent place.

The mattress covers had multiple stains on every bed when the sheets were pulled. The neighborhood was a bit uneasy, the property looks like it could used a deep cleaning (rusted in areas) definitely not renovated for the price charged. We were supposed to stay 3 days 2nights, we stayed one night and checked out the next day. It was really close to all attractions including the falls but I wouldn't stay there again nor would I recommend
