The faucet was leaking, the window and walls were dirty, toilet seat need to be replaced. The bed were comfortable. The staff are very friendly and breakfast are great for children. Unfortunately the pool and arcade area were closed.

The property has air conditioning that did not work. The room was too hot. The pool, gym and restaurant were closed for renovations. They still charge for parking and resort fees

The office staff wasn't very welcoming. We had to ask for an additional bed when it was already included in our booking. However the restaurant staff (and the food) was great.

The Manager was not so great,the way he talks doesn't feel pleasent, When i compare Ramada in India and here there are sooo many things related to service need to be put in place. Shortage of staff was problem, complimentary water bottles etc. should be made available.

The hotel needs to be renovated! The rooms were old smelling and looking. The bathroom had mold in them and you could see where the tried to wipe it off. The mirror in the bathroom, the frame is buckling away from the mirror. The toilet paper holder is so rusted it doesn’t make sense on why it wasn’t replaced! It was still someone else’s hair all over the bathroom! But the staff was very friendly. I would recommend if you are bougie stay elsewhere NOT HERE! I made a bad choice by picking this place!

This property seemed really nice and clean from what we seen in the lobby. The disappointment started the moment we went into our room. The toilet seat was damaged, wallpaper peeling on the bathroom wall, the sink area was stained and when we used the faucet it sprayed water all over. In the sleeping area there was burn spots in the rug and on the actual bedding. The room didn't have a microwave or a phone that allowed us to call down. When I asked for my party of 6 to be moved she only was about to offer me a room with 2 doubles and a rollaway bed which wouldn't accommodate my party. Also, an employee that didn't speak English was sent up and cleaned the bathroom which was beyond the disinfectant stage. Would I start here again? No!! It was a total waste of my money and looking at someone tomato in the middle of the hallway helped to confirm the fact that I will need 2 rooms in a hotel that actually wants to give their guest a positive memorable experience.

The area is quite. No outside disturbance. But giving additional 10$ plus tax for the parking was just horrible. They have lot of space for customer parking, so why taking additional parking fees?
