We had an amazing time in Niagara Falls the motel was very clean and quiet the men at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

4 am in the morning lots of noise! Don’t know if it was coming from other people in the hotel or people on the street! Birds continuously chirping all night above our room! Not much sleep! Not one minute from Clifton hill as stated more of a 10 minute walk! Only reason why I booked it because I thought it was close to Clifton hill so I would not have to do much walking INSTEAD I had to do lots!!

Okay place if you want to be close to the Falls.
Fairly good location and that is about the nicest thing I can say about it. The management was friendly and helpful. No ice.

Great room for a great price
The room was clean and located within walking distance of the Falls. 10 minute drive to Marineland. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a ok cheap Inn as it looked like when we went there the floors were not swept as why I would only rate it 3 stars...because everything else was ok except shower head to.

The Inn was ok, wasn't really worth the price. They picked a time when they were booked full to fix the steps so that left one ser of stairs. This meant we had to squeeze past a bunch of drunk/high people, smelling pot at we went..this smell makes me physically sick. All of them were nice, just beer cans everywhere, including around our door. Also, were allowed to put a big couch out on the walkway, which was not big enough anyway. The faucet handle fell right off in the bathroom sink and the air conditioner did not want to work properly. Bed was not comfortable. Other than those issues it was not to bad a place/area. Close to everything at the falls. We did not have washcloths when we got there, called down and they brought them right up, very friendly.

There are a few things that I thought were just basic in a hotel room that were not there or broken. 1) Alarm clock (not there) 2) Phone (not there) 3) Deadbolt on door (broken, though the door handle lock worked.) 4) Climate control (It was summer and we wanted AC. There was a unit that looked like it might cool the room, but it just made noise and recirculated air.) The hair dryer in the shower was also broken. That said, the location was great. It was in easy walking distance of the cheesy tourist attractions of Cliffton Hill and the falls. However, it was in a quiet, calm area, which was very restful. The bed was also comfortable.

Room needs deep dusting, dust is ticker like a napkin side table and lamp esp but whole room as well, hair in bath tub, plus the stairs is pretty dangerous it's not the size of your feet when you take the 2nd floor room stairs are very rusty, room is ok it's just need major deep cleaning no need to fancy it's just cleanliness

Not the cleanest
My major complaints were there was urine on the toilet seat, pubic hair in the bathroom and an open condom wrapper in the bathroom garbage can. The walls were not clean and there was no coffee pot or closet in the room. The only positives were walking distance to downtown and three queen beds in the room. WOuld not stay here again.

Close to the falls and EVERYTHING
First off, I don't usually give feedback regarding anything but as it was our first time staying in a hotel EVER and having a great time I thought I should. We paid $60 in total, tax+fee included and for that price I wasn't expecting much. My hubby and I were there for just 2 days so we didn't want to spend crazy amounts. Quiet and peaceful area. There were 2 guys, both were very welcoming and helpful. We went upstairs into our room, it was neat and tidy and very cozy! I was worried about the bathroom but that too was super clean! A mini fridge + microwave and tv, high speed wifi ad parking included. Best of all was the MOST COMFORTABLE beds!! We slept well after a very tiring day. The hotel was minutes away from the falls, queen victoria park, clifton hill, starbucks, tim hortons, restaurants etc. All walking distance!! Our check-out time was 11 am and we were 45 min late but the staff was very nice and cooperative and didn't charge a penny extra! Also, you get 20% off next time you book the hotel for a stay!

Needs to be updated in appearance
Staircase is badly set concrete with bad rough finish. Certainly second level is not viable for seniors or children, as they could trip easily & get hurt. The room had dirty, stained carpets that should of been steam cleaned a long time ago. Finally, the fridge should of been cleaned before being used by customers. All was remedied; careful use of the stairways, slippers worn in the room, we cleaned the fridge ourselves.

Nice hotel. Not too far from the Falls (20 min walk). Free parking. Wifi ok. Friendly staff. Only real flaw being no wash cloth present.

Though it was a short distance from Clifton Hill, it wasn't too bad. Without a car, it could be tiring for some people to make the walk.

Only good thing is walking distance.
Very dirty, no coffee maker, no hair dryer and other amenities that were listed on site. Bathroom looked old and in need of reno. Patched up jobs. Bathtub not draining well. Towels hard....not a good stay, would have rather paid a bit more. Disappointing.
