You do not need to strip the bed. We will take care of this for you. Only use proper dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher. Do NOT use dishwashing soap,
Please do not put wet towels on furniture, leave them in the bathroom.
Please clean up all food, crumbs and liquids from the rental. Trash can be put in the bins next to the garage in the back.

Beautiful old house & good location

Close to all the tourist stuff but far enough away and in a historic and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

Spacious and Convenient

We had a great stay at this property in Niagara Falls, NY! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and just a quick 4-minute drive to Niagara Falls State Park—super convenient!The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and we had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Parking was also a breeze with space for two cars in the back and two in the front.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. If it’s available, I’ll definitely be booking it again for my next trip!

We had a great time in Niagara Falls! Property had everything we needed, decor was super cute and property was conveniently located! Very nice area!
