Three Bedroom Entire Apartment Great for Families.

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

This beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment can sleep 6 people in beds. Minutes from the Falls by car or bus.

It includes three bedrooms, a living room, a sunroom, a dining room, a full bathroom, a full working kitchen, and WiFi. Central air conditioning and heating.

Each bedroom has a bed, closet space, and a dresser. The two larger rooms also have ceiling fans.

Includes a sunroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes, full dining room with seating for six guests and a living room with a Smart TV for you to log in to your Netflix or other streaming service.

There is a separate rental unit above and it has old hardwood floors, so there is the possibility of noise from other guests. If ever there is an issue please call or message me.

Convenient and Clean

It was easy to find and close to Niagara Falls activities. It was very clean and the kitchen had supplies for cooking but there were limited spoons. There was space for everyone and handy to have two bathrooms. The cat was friendly and a highlight for the kids.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for the family to spread out a little bit and take a break from hotel rooms. The kids really enjoyed it too. The neighborhood is nice. The Falls are quite close, so we used it as a launching point for exploring the area.

My family had a nice stay and restful sleep. It was clean with enough extra towels and blankets. Very quiet. It had been a long while since I last booked a VRBO so I forgot where to find the check in directions, but the owner was communicative and patient with me irregardless. Highly recommended.

Family and fun

Totally as or better than advertised. Great location, we have family all over Niagara Falls and found this to be a great commuting hub. Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, the kitchen was well equipped, parking was easy, and the host is very nice. The living space and dining room were not great for visiting and chatting in comfort, a positive for two generations from three states. We also found it to be safe and comfortable to walk in the morning. Overall, we would highly recommend this home.

Niagara vacation

This home is about a 10 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park and on a quiet street with well kept homes. We felt safe in this location, and there is now a keypad to both the exterior door and the interior door to the lower rental unit. Since we arrived late and are night owls, I was very concerned about our noise level as we could also hear the creaking of the floors above us. The home isn't overly comfortable for lounging around, but worked for our purposes on a weekend trip.

Host Very Responsive

I had several questions and a couple requests and each time the host responded and complied immediately. The house was older, but immaculate. Floors are hardwood and creaky, so can hear every step. Use caution in the older tub, especially if someone is a senior or of shorter stature. The neighborhood was older, but like other reviews said, we felt safe and neighbors were very nice. It was only a few blocks from a nice park for walking. Thank you very much, James!

Nice, spacious, comfortable apartment

This "apartment" is really the first floor of a two-story house. We found it to be very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable, which is probably the most important consideration for us. James was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Although much of the city outside the state park is pretty run-down, this property is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood within easy driving distance from the falls. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more up-front information on things like how to activate the keypad on the front door lock, how to access TV channels, etc. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and we'd recommend this property!

A Warm and Welcoming Home Away from Home

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed, and the living room was cozy and comfortable—perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was also clean and very comfortable. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive and provided clear instructions, showing how much he cares about his home and guests. I also really loved the decorative touches throughout the space—it made the place feel even more welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
