Good location and close to all Niagara Falls attractions. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a better bed/mattress in the master bedroom but other than that, overall it was a very good experience and we would stay here again when we return to Niagara. For a family of 4 it was ideal. The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were very good. 2 full bathrooms which were very nice. Cleanliness of the apartment was also very good and that always makes a difference. Smooth check in process too.We enjoyed our stay.
The condo was nice but needs some updating. The mattresses looked old, needs new paint, and a weird piece of tile cut out in the dining room. The location was great. 5 minutes from the falls. We purchased the Niagara parks pass and the free parking lot with that was 4 minutes away. Made access to the falls very easy. Condo outside looked newer and modern, but the inside just needs some cosmetic work!
The apparent was clean and nice, my son really liked the bunk bed. Quite and nice neighborhood. The owners are very responsive. Ww had a great experience.
It was less then a 5 minute drive to downtown Niagara and grocery stores. It was perfect for our family of 4. It would have been nice to have more drawer space for our clothes in the master bedroom and extra storage and hooks in the bathroom
The property is located a very short distance to the falls and other amenities. Also, it was close to the WEGO bus system so we park our car and took the bus avoiding all the traffic and parking issues around the falls. The condo was spacious and in a safe neighborhood with a private parking. Even though the apartment is in a basement, it didn’t feel like a basement and it was very quiet. As a family we had a very nice time.
This property is super convenient and is within 10 miles of the Falls and other attractions. The location is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe as well. It was pretty clean but could use some pest control for spiders and a fresh coat of paint. Keep in mind there is only a tv in the living room, not the bedrooms. Overall i was quite satisfied and would recommend this rental.
The place was cute. Location was great for what we were doing. The beds were very uncomfortable which made sleeping hard trying to find the right spot to sleep in. Woke up tired and sore. The sofa/futon was also uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. Upgrade furniture would greatly improve the clients stay. The floor by the wall had a metal frame that would pop out with very sharp edges. Someone can cut their foot on it. Wish we had a better stay.
From check-in, throughout our entire stay, and even check out, our experience was first class and absolutely terrific! Don't waste your time energy or effort going anywhere else but this listing if your stay takes you to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada! Absolutely awesome hosts.
Check could have been better. Did not receive details for check in until close to time after messaging in VRBO app & calling 2x & leaving messages. All of my previous communication had been prompt. Follow up messages were promptly responded to as well. We surprised the cleaning lady who was still working on the unit. There was an issue with the washing machine -it wasn't working & would need a repair visit. I'm assuming this is what delayed the cleaning lady as she would have had to wash & dry the linens. A heads up for the cleaning delay would have been appreciated. We were able to unload our things & run some errands for this leg of our trip. When we got back it was ready to go! This was a Saturday & the cleaning lady said she had let her supervisor know & in turn to owner/property mgr. The owner/property manager got right on it Monday & a repairman was there early Tuesday & got it fixed. We were in Niagara Falls 4 days. It's very close to the Falls and that whole area. Not far from anything. Very clean and light. Recommend a few more basic kitchen utensils, like a coffee scoop. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure really good in the shower. TV was confusing but the quiet from it not being on was lovely! :-)The only other thing & it's outside of anyone's control, is you can hear people (probably kids) running around in the unit above. It died down around bedtime & didn't pick up again until late in the day. Would stay here again!
