I liked that it was across from the casino and that is about it. Im calling the hotel to refund my money as nobody told me this was a refugee camp and housing for immigrants from mostly africa. I have no issue with it but if im going to pay 200 bucks for my nights stay i dont want to come out of .my room and have 7 africans chillen in the hallways and outside of elevators for hours on end. You dont think that was relevant information to share. Very poor communication on the subject

Good bedding, way overpriced. Wasn’t worth the $300 for one night. Plus, they wouldn’t accept my CAA discount after booking and arriving.

PROS: The hotel was conveniently connected to Fallsview Casino via an overpass walkway. Which is great if you are not deessed for the weather outside. There are many dining spots in the area of various price points. Main tourist attractions are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. CONS: Room amenities are limited (i.e. vanity accessories like toothpaste/toothbrush, shower cap, lotion) or does not come with the room bathrobe/slippers. Bed was Queen-size but advertised as King-size. Late check-out can be accommodated if avaliable. However, there is a fee of $40 for 2PM, or $80 for 4PM. They offer discount coupons for surrounding dining locations and attraction (FunZone).

the pass keys given initially did not work, we had to get a maid to let us in,the jacuzzi in our room did not work, the fridge was not plugged in there were no instructions as to how to use the nespresso coffee machine

Plugs didnt work. Staff were banging on my door at 9pm while my daughter is trying to sleep. Towels were stained and bathroom was not cleaned. Parking was outrageous. Didn't even tell me online that i would be charged. No room service available.

We LOVED this hotel. The best part was that we were upgraded to a room with a view of the falls. That certainly was a WOW moment when we walked into it! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark with the blackout shades. We slept well. The falls are just a short walk away with so much to see and do. The hotel has great places to eat, but we just grabbed coffee and muffins from the Starbucks right in the hotel in the morning and headed to the falls and ate there. (Table Rock House Restaurant and Skylon Tower were perfect.)We used the hotel hot tub in the evening before going to bed. Very relaxing! I thought it would be crowded, but we were the only ones there. We had a late flight the day we left, and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them during the day so we could go do activities. We accidentally left an expensive set of headphones in the lobby when we left. No worries! They mailed them to us. Everyone working in this hotel is so helpful. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We kept getting locked in our room and maintenance had to come get us out with the computer system everytime and it took forever. We were not credited back for a nights stay or anything. Non of the vending machines worked in the hotel, staff was not overly friendly or accommodating, I would not recommend this hotel.
