    GUEST ACCESS:
    -Check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive email prior to arrival with house rules, including electronic entrance, wifi codes and other details

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    - Published rates are for first 6 guests. Additional guests $60/pp/night
    - The Town strictly enforces noise by-laws past 10 PM. Enforcement includes fines for both guests and host
    - No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host
    - Vehicle limit- 4-6 cars max
    - Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose
    - Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy. Additional charge applies if extra beds needed
    -Detailed house rules (changes seasonally) will be emailed prior to arrival
    - $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.
