"The Kent was an adorable place to stay and close to both Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The room had more of an apartment like atmosphere than a motel/hotel. From our first contact to our departure, staff were welcoming, informative, and helpful! We would definitely recommend and would like to stay again!"

"We have been staying at this property for the last few years, which speaks for itself. Charles Hotel is a true "old charm" in the heart of a beautiful NOTL. Its location is perfect for those who appreciate quiet romantic spaces and, at the same time, would like to stay close to all the amenities. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, which provide beautiful views from the hotel terraces and patios. Also even though there are no coffee makers in the rooms, you are able to order (for free) any teas and/or coffees which will be brought up directly to your room in a few minutes. Last, we would like to thank Alex for being very helpful and for honouring our room request! We are looking forward to coming back to this beautiful property in the future."
