This property was an excellent location for our family to land as we explored the region! Plenty of space for the 4 of us and close to most things we needed. Would recommend!
Very cute house. Well equipped. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Everything very clean. Can walk to town - takes about 15 minutes if you’re walking quickly.
Great location, walking distance to old historic town and close to several famous vineyards. The cottage was spotless with all amenities (and some), very comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended. Would go back any time.
We were very comfortable in this house. It was very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We walked to Queen St a couple of times, which was a little longer than i would have preferred, but doable. I would stay there again.
Wonderful small city , full of vineyards and nice trails around the lake and the golf course.
The house has three good size bedrooms and all that is needed to have a great time sharing special moments with the family .
We have stayed in VRBO homes across the US and now Canada. This home rates amongst the best for cleanliness, communication, & location
The home is within walking distance of the Shops/Restaurant's as well as a cute park overlooking the Lake. The home is on a busy street but the neighborhood behind the home is filled with beautiful homes & very peaceful for morning walks.
We would stay here again no doubt!
We enjoyed a very busy week starting with Niagara Parks- falls, gardens, floral clock, cable car and butterfly conservatory. We visited Fort George and learned quite a bit about this fort and area at the time of the war of 1812. We enjoyed many wineries but were most impressed by Peller Estates tour and wine tasting. Our last day we went to Burlington area to Royal Gardens then visited Webster Falls. A phenomenal week!
Beautiful town & region! The house was super nice! Very clean. Lovingly decorated. Kitchen setup was very nice. Location of the house is out of the hustle and bussell of downtown but close enough with a short drive. The wine country, fresh fruit orchards, and wineries were all superb! We took advantage of the special Discovery Pass for the wine festival that was happening the weekend we were visited.
Would definitely return to Hullcrest Cottage.
The house was in a great location that allowed you to walk to old town. You could also walk down a block to a bakery or Tim Hortons - (I recommend the bakery). If you wanted to rent e-bikes that was just 2 doors down.
The main street is busy, especially on the weekends but truly was not bothersome. We loved walking down to the lake and town, seeing history of the area, beautiful homes and gardens.
Working the various TV's was quite a challenge, there were directions, but didn't seem to work - we finally got a few to work.
Kitchen was well stocked, probable the best we have seen in a VRBO.
This was our first time renting a home, was nervous but it was just fine.
Beds were ok, kitchen was set up for whatever needs we would have (though I couldn't find a cutting board), and bathrooms were stocked well. Loved the decor!
Only downfall was the upstairs was slightly hot, not great airconditioning but they do supply a fan.
We are a tall family so some areas were a tad tight, though it is a cottage so we expected that.
The downstairs bathroom did have a strange water system setup, so there is some noise when using the water, which I read about in one of the reviews.
Nice area, location on a corner lot. Main road can be a tad busy if you have child concerns. Can walk to town, but it was a tad further then expected. Easy to get everywhere we wanted.
Overall a pleasant experience for our first home rental!

Ants, old christmas decor and untidy branches on long grass
Realizing early in year, but we paid what was asked. Property had ants in main floor bedroom and kitchen, and while they brought over ant traps, they did not follow up to ensure they worked and within a few days, the floors were being overrun with 100s at a time. Thwy could have removed the christmas decor out front to at least pretend to care about upcoming guests, and branches and long grass added to the lack of attraction. Umbrella could have been brought up out of storage, and we had to do that. The solar lights on deck are not working (batteries or solar not working) Email had one internet password that was wrong and blue sheet had the correct one. The information provided should be updated to aid further guests. We took out garbage on thursday night but it ended up not being garbage day.l, and we were not aware. The tv needs an updated version (kept asking for it each time we turned it on). On the positive side, great location, and items were stocked as the advertisements said, aside from not enough clean towels...some had dirt and old hair on them, so we did not use them. A suggestion to make it look attractive when someone is pulling up to the property just makes sense. It cost us the same as someone renting a month down the road that has the grass cut, the potted plants looking nice and the ants gone.. we shouldnt have been the guinea pigs to donyour PDI of the property... just not right and i feel a refund would be a good gesture on your part.

Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage for a girls trip.
We are walkers. This location is a perfect walking distance into town, away from the Mass tourist influx, especially on the weekend. Properly was clean and well equipped.Would stay again.
We came to town for a wedding that turned into a small family reunion. The very clean roomy Hullcrest Cottage served us well with the perfect location. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided everyone with ample room to be together but still have our own space.
