With a cozy cottage feel, mature gardens, an inviting living room with a gas fireplace and a large soaker tub, it’s the perfect place to relax after exploring wineries, restaurants and Old Town. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.



The Space:

This charming historic home offers a peaceful cottage-style stay in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by mature trees and gardens, you’ll enjoy a relaxed setting while still being within walking distance of the historic and bustling Queen Street, restaurants, shops and the attractions of Old Town.



Inside, the home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it a great fit for families, couples or a small group of friends. The bright living room is a cozy place to gather, complete with a gas fireplace for cooler evenings and a smart tv allowing you to stream your favourite shows and movies. (Guests must sign into their own streaming accounts to enjoy subscription based programming)



The spacious kitchen and dining area provide everything you need for casual meals at home, while one of the bathrooms features a large soaker bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of winery tours or exploring town.



Outside, the property has plenty of green space and established gardens that add to its traditional Niagara-on-the-Lake feel. Currently we do not offer a BBQ or an outdoor living space.



Guests also have private parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.



A comfortable and character-filled home base for experiencing wine country, historic Old Town and everything the beautiful Niagara region has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the home with no other residence on site. There is a fenced off area used for owner storage.

Located on Mary Street in a quiet residential pocket of Niagara-on-the-Lake, the home offers a peaceful setting within walking distance of historic Old Town and Queen Street. Spend the day strolling local boutiques, cafés and restaurants, exploring the town’s beautiful heritage streets or making your way toward the waterfront and nearby parks.



Niagara-on-the-Lake is also surrounded by renowned wineries, scenic country roads and cycling routes, making this a great home base for exploring wine country. After a day out, return to the quieter neighbourhood setting and charming gardens surrounding the home.



The location offers a wonderful balance, close enough to enjoy the energy and attractions of Old Town without staying directly in the busiest part of the tourist district.



Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located for exploring NOTL by foot, bike or car. Queen Street and the heart of Old Town are within walking distance, with shops, restaurants, cafés and local attractions nearby.



Niagara-on-the-Lake also offers bicycle and e-bike rentals, which are a great way to explore town and nearby wineries. Many local wine tour companies offer convenient pick-up and drop-off service directly from your accommodation, so you can enjoy wine country without having to drive.



A vehicle is helpful for exploring the wider Niagara Region, and the property includes parking for up to 3 vehicles.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can enjoy a seamless, contactless check-in with a personalized keypad code provided before arrival. A backup key is also available in a secure lockbox if needed.
