La Petite Maison is a newly renovated, exquisitely furnished, bungalow close to everything Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer from restaurants, theatre, wineries, and shopping. Prices are subject to change daily.



    -2 Bedrooms – 1 Queen bed and 2 full beds

    -2 Bathrooms – Soaker tub and walk-in shower ensuite and walk-in shower

    -Hosts up to 4 guests (including infants and children)

    -Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, EV charger

    There is a queen bedroom and ensuite with walk-in shower and a separate soaker tub. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. There is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower.



    All on one floor, the foyer opens to an open concept living, kitchen, dining area where friends and family can gather, sit, and relax.



    The kitchen is well equipped to serve up your morning coffee and favourite recipes:



    -Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started

    -Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher

    -Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

    -Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths

    -Salt and pepper



    Walk one block to the local bakery and pick up a croissant or other treats to make your day extra special.

    -Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets provided



    Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.



    Enjoy an evening glass of local wine on the private back deck complete with propane fire bowl. The back deck is equipped with a gas BBQ/grill. The front deck has a lovely seating area to watch people and cars pass by and enjoy the sunshine.

La Petite Maison was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable for four people. It was a 15-20 minute walk into town, but we liked the exercise. The sheets were lovely and soft and the robes were a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again when we revisit Niagara on the Lake.

Lovely weekend away cottage

The property was perfect for two of us for a long weekend away. Short walk to the shops and restaurants in Downtown NOTL. House was more spacious than it looked online and the decor was lovely. Would book again.

Adorable place!

This was a perfect size for our family (toddler and 6-year old) for a short stay in the Niagara area. Thirtyish minutes to the falls. Cafes and food options are a short drive or walk from the house.

So cute and clean

This house was perfect for our first ever stay in Canada. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to walk to the town and lake ontario. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!!

Beautiful Home-lovely decor-everything you need for a lovely stay in NOTL. Easy check in-perfect communication with proprietors. Very clean-lovely outdoor area with nice heating source/fire pit-you will enjoy your evenings and days sipping the delicious NOTL Wines on the deck.

Pleasant mini break

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We biked all around town and to the vineyards and enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of the house and the town. Already looking forward to a return trip!

Great Location, well appointed

Close to old town, beaches and wineries. Home was well appointed with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Loved sitting around the propane fire in the evenings. Host was very easy to communicate with and was friendly. We would stay there again if we return to Niagara on the Lake.

A grand stay at La Petite

La Petite was just as stated. Well appointed with everything as stated in their listing. The communications with the rental agency were very timely and on point. The location was perfect with the ability to walk to downtown in a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Family getaway

Location was perfect. We enjoyed the quick 10 min walk into town. A short 30 min drive to see the Falls and attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The BBQ grill was out of propane but we were able to switch it out with the fire pit propane tank with no issues. Would stay again.

The location was perfect. We were near the wineries which was the reason for our visit. This place was also near the old historic area which had a ton of shops and restaurants. Great place for a stay in NOTL.

This location was just off the main roads so it was quiet but close enough to walk downtown if you wanted. A bakery one block away was perfect for breakfast. The house was cozy and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the electric fireplace but it was quickly resolved with a short phone call. We are looking forward to returning in the Spring.

Cute Cottage

This cottage was immaculate inside with a perfect layout for a couple to enjoy a quintessential Niagara on the Lake relaxed experience. All was precisely as advertised...would certainly recommend...Exterior facade is a bit deceiving in initial appearance...doesn't represent the beautiful interior design and accommodation....

Just the necessities

This was a great little house for my husband and I to stay for a little getaway. Beautifully decorated, lovely conveniences, and great ideas for activities to explore while we were in the region. The listing indicated that there were bikes available for use, but after searching the property for them, the property manager said they are available to rent from a nearby business.

This small, older house has been beautifully renovated. It is very well-equipped and the mattresses are very comfortable. It is about a ten minute walk to the “downtown” area and the theatres through lovely neighbourhoods.

Lovely renovated property in historic area

The property is based in the Historic Old Town area of NOTL on a fairly quiet street. There's a convenience store about 2 mins walk away which is useful. Walking into he centre of the shopping area (Queen St) takes about 10-15 minutes along quiet residential roads which have some really interesting houses. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, and includes everything you need.

Exactly as advertised

Our family of 4 had a great stay at La Petite Maison for two nights. The home was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck fireplace in the evening, and our kids found the basket of games that kept them busy for hours. Great walking distance location to the main street.

Fantastic and so comfortable!

I can't say enough about this property. Great location and so cute and modern inside. Most comfortable bed that we slept in each morning and it's such a quiet neighbourhood. We walked to the main downtown area of NOTL and rented bikes right around the corner at Zoom. So easy! Smart TVs to watch Netflix was nice at night. Really nice rental unit for the weekend - will absolutely rent this place again at our next visit to NOTL.

Long weekend with the family & this property was perfect!! House is nicely decorated - not too fancy just right with a comfy feel. The location was everything you could ask for!! Walked to dinner, before & after drinks, coffee/pastries and local convenience store. Neighborhood was quiet & safe - our boys (11/15) walked to meet us for dinner in the downtown. Spent a day doing wine tour & shopping local downtown. Spent the next day doing the Falls - easy drive. For what you’d spend at a decent hotel per night - this is soo much better!!!

Nicely renovated cottage within a 15 minute walk of Queen St. and Shaw Festival theatres. Kitchen is well furnished, beds are comfortable, and there were good linens and plenty of towels. Our only complaints were that the shower stalls are slippery and there are no grab bars or mats. There is also a slight chemical odor on first entering, but our noses adjusted quickly. All of the provided soaps are lavender, so this might not be the place for you if you are sensitive to chemicals. EV charging onsite is a bonus. You can't get in prior to the 4 pm check-in time as the door code isn't active until then. We would be happy to return in the future.

La Petite Maison

The property is lovely, very nicely remodeled, and a convenient location. We especially enjoyed the time we spent on the covered patio area in the evenings with the lit fire pit, and wine poured! One small caveat is that the streaming channels from the USA do not work in Canada. It would have been nice to know that prior to being on location to possibly remedy in advance. We didn’t watch TV, but there was a football game the men would have liked to watch. That said, it would not have impacted our decision to stay at this location-overall wonderful!
