We had a great stay. Place was clean and spacious for the seven of us. It is walking distance to the lake but a bit too far to walk to/from Queen Street
Perfectly located, near town and all the wineries. Minutes from most. Tim Horton's just down the block for early morning coffee and pastries. House was clean and beautifully decorated. We would absolutely return to this property.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this bungalow in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the lake, and the spacious kitchen was a great feature for our group. There were, however, a few issues that affected our experience. The listing did not clearly mention that the property does not have central air conditioning, and one of the bedrooms was not equipped with its own air conditioning unit, which made it uncomfortable during warmer weather. The bed in the third bedroom was not very sturdy for adults, though it would likely be fine for children. We also noticed some maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including a slow-draining bathroom sink, cobwebs around light fixtures, and broken blinds. Outside, the backyard had potential but would have benefited from a fire pit for evening gatherings. We also encountered numerous ant hills and quite a few spiders, which made spending time outdoors less enjoyable.Despite these issues, the property had several positive qualities, particularly the location and the roomy kitchen. With some attention to maintenance and outdoor upkeep, this could be an even better rental experience.
