"This resort is the only 5-star hotel in the Niagara area and is the major reason we decided to stay away from the falls view hotel big brand hotels. And we are glad we did; this resort is a truly 5 star - amenities, suites, staff everything. The staff are very welcoming, front desk, concierge, bellman etc. They would give great tips to save time and money during a falls tour, parking, food etc. There is a huge mall right across the road, and many attractions are with 10-15 mins. They have a nice, well-maintained garden as well. The concierge could get us a custom tour operator within an hour at very short notice. Bellmen always bore a smile, provided chilled water bottles in the hot weather, never forgot to greet.
One suggestion: the suites we had booked had in room safe under the TV in the master bedroom, we didn't see them till the last day. Could you have some signage pointing to where these are in the room, please?"

"What a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara area. Very friendly and efficient staff, lots of free parking, lovely, spacious suite with full size fridge and microwave. Convenient location - close to outlet shopping, wineries and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you're looking for a great place to stay on a budget (remember, this is a student residence), then this is your place!"

"We were two families getting out of the city for an extended weekend. The house was in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a nice playground within walking distance. As we had young children, it was great for them to have access to the park. The house itself was very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen had enough plates and cooking utensils as well as some appliances for making meals. Getting to the falls and the wineries was easy. It was about a 15 minute drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Niagara falls area. "
