Great location next to the port, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Nice. Very close to public transport links (tram, bus, train). Really friendly and welcoming host.

Excellent stay
A super flat in quiet area. Exactly as detailed in description. We stayed for a month and Jordi was kind and helpful. Complete linen change twice during the stay. Jordi was easy to communicate with and the meeting and greeting was excellent He demonstrated how all kitchen gadgets worked and showed us where the excellent local supermarket and boulangerie were - all within 5 minutes walk. Jordi is an outstanding host and we recommend his flat without reservation hoping to return in the future.

Incredible stay!
This apartment was truly stunning. The photos don’t even do it justice. The view of the sea, the location, and amenities nearby are all amazing. Jordi is an excellent host - extremely communicative, attentive, and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice by the Sea
Great location- close to shopping, the "Old Village" and to the sea. Local transit makes it easy to get around the city and out lying cities. Our host, Jordi, was very helpful and a wonderful ambassador for the city of Nice and the surrounding area.

Their coming in Nice was well prepared by exchanging mails before their coming. Very nice people, positive and smiling even with the capricious weather of these two weeks. They nevertheless adapt and move a lot and I hope appreciate the different aspects of the city and surrounding towns. I thank them for keeping the house in a perfect state. They are welcome.

Cycling holiday on the Côte d'Azur
First we have to say that Mr. Jordi was a perfect host. Communication over the Internet was efficient and in person we have met a very nice man that spoke perfectly English. He was well prepared with all the information that we would eventually need (about the apartment, public transport, restaurants, cycling routes....). The apartment is located in Nice Port in 2. flour. It's a bit quieter than in Centre of Nice but not to quiet. There are a few good restaurants in the neighbourhood and late afternoon or evening walks with watching the "rich and famous" yachts are also interesting. It's a 15 min walk to the old Nice (and till 19.00 there's a little boat free of charge that brings you on the other side of the harbour). The apartment is very well equipped and allows you to feel comfortable as if you are at home. And for cyclists we have to say that this is a perfect location. In 10 minutes ride you are out of the centre on non-busy roads and you can cycle through many hilly villages, or on panoramic roads. And at the end of the ride you can stop on an espresso at a stylish shop/bar Cafe du cycliste that is just around the corner. We could store our road bicycles in the apartment (there is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow) and wash our clothes in the washing machine (that's a great bonus). All in all we can say that we have had a very nice stay where we could feel as at home (but better as we were on our holiday). M&G

Very nice people having organised and perfectly prepared their trip from the Alps to the Côte d’Azur. Mails exchanged in time, a good communication and a real understanding of the basic and useful criteria of seasonal flat rental. It was a real pleasure to receive this couple of young athletes. Cycling is their favorite hobby, the Small roads of the nearby mountains have no secrets to them. The flat was let in a perfect state of cleanness and I had already thanks them for that attention. Do not hesitate to come back, I am sure some cycling roads are still to explore !

Beautiful apartment
While we are familiar with Nice, this was our first time staying in The Port area and Jordi couldn’t have been a better host. Our incoming flight was delayed but Jordi still met us and gave us “the grand tour” The apartment has all mod cons, is bright, nicely designed and very spacious and is beautifully located in a quiet location with supermarket and restaurants nearby. It even has a sea view and we were afforded views, from the apartment, of berthing cruise liners and the Corsica Ferry on a regular basis. The shoreline walks and port area are splendid and not overcrowded, which suited us perfectly. All in all, a wonderful stay and very good value Justin and Olive Ireland

Un couple d'Irlandais très sympathique ayant bien préparé son séjour par une bonne communication. Je pense que le quartier port comme l'appartement ont été bien appréciés par des habitués de Nice. C'est avec plaisir que nous les accueillerons de nouveau s'ils décident de revenir.

Live like a local.
Lovely apartment, not fancy but has everything you need. Small view of the sea with lots of boat activity, fabulous area close to the port, owner very congenial. We stayed 5 weeks to do a French course and highly recommend this apartment.

A jewel in Nice Port.
We stayed for 1 week in this wonderful apartment and of course could have stayed much longer! It is so comfortable and we felt at home in it right away! It is well equipped and just perfect for two people. The view down to the harbour from the window is calm, tranquil and a delight each morning. The location is super too as everything is so close including many excellent restaurants. We especially enjoyed Glouphile winebar and Les Agitatueur on Rue Bonaparte. We loved La Vigna overlooking the port, superb food and fantastic views. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks each day along Promenade des Anglais which was just 10 mins from the apartment! To add to all this Jordi was a great host meeting us on arrival and always in touch throughout our stay! Merci beaucoup Jordi, a bientot!

A Comfortable and relaxing base Camp
My friend and i were impressed with the quality of the apartment. Clean, Comfortable, everything we needed for a pleasant "base Camp" from which to explore the area, being only 5 minutes walk from the Harbor. Jordi was not only prompt to greet us, but was particularly pleasant, very helpful and Informative, and spoke very good English, and we immediately felt at home. blessed with good weather, and plenty of sight seeing, the apartment was welcoming after a good day`s walking, and was Close to a useful small supermarket and places to eat, whilst old town Nice was a pleasant 20 minute stroll. would thoroughly recommend the apartment for similar adventurers, and thank Jordi for his kind hospitality.

Great Location!
We SO enjoyed our stay in Nice! Jordi was a very hospitable host! This apartment is in a great neighborhood, within easy walking distance to the old city and the beach. There are markets and restaurants very close. The location was also very good for the day trips that we had planned. It was a pleasure to look out at the sea every morning! This place was clean and perfect for two people. I highly recommend this apartment in Nice!

Wonderful apartment at the port of Nice
This is a charming apartment on a quiet street, located just a few steps away from cliffs overlooking the sea, excellent cafes, and convenient public transportation to the center of Nice. The apartment is light and airy, with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The owner Jordi is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here again whenever I am in the Nice area.

Das franz. Bett....
Das Bett war für uns die "größte Herausforderung". Wir hatten die Anzeige nicht explizit darauf gelesen/untersucht. Zumindest sind wir JETZT schlauer :-) ! Ca. 1,30 m Breite mit einer Bettdecke (ja ich weiß, franz. Modell) und ca. 1,80 Länge war das Bett für uns so, dass immer die Füße deutl. unten rausgeschaut haben. Das mag im hießen Sommer angenehm sein..., jetzt im Feb. hat es "irritiert". Trotzdem war unser Urlaub dort und in der Wohnung ein Genuss. Dieser Kommentar soll als reelle Anmerkung zu verstehen sein.

Dear Joachim, Désolé pour la taille du lit 5140*190) mais vous auriez du m'en parler car le canapé-lit au salon était plus grand (en 160). Merci pour votre appréciation et remarque je vais dans tous les cas changer le lit de la chambre en un plus grand.

Für kürzere Aufenthalte gut
Lage der Unterkunft absolut top, sowohl verkehrstechnisch als auch infrastruktur mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Trotz dieser Lage liegt die Unterkunft ruhig aber zu beachten ist, dass bei bestimmter Windrichtung in der Flugschneise und da kann mannschon dem Piloten zuwinken. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Schlimmer fanden wir, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und vom oberen Appartement jeder Schritt zu hören, mit Frühaufstehern, also jeden Tag start zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr... das war für 4 Nächte so. Bett im Schlafzimmer für 2 Erwachsene sehr eng, Matratze usw. ist sehr individuell, unsere war sie nicht. Über Sauberkeit urteilen wir nicht, auch in diesem Bereich liegen die Standards unterschiedlich und doch recht individuell. Alles in einem würde ich die Empfehlung für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt aussprechen, für uns wäre es für einen Haupturlaub nicht. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hervorragend, Danke!

Merci Viktoria pour cette appréciation quelque peu subjective. Concernant les lits : un est en 140 cms et l'autre en 160 cms de large, ce qui était précisé dans le descriptif de l'appartement. Pour ce qui est des avions, il est vrai que par temps de mistral ils passent à proximité, mais les jours de vent de mistral sont peu nombreux et vous n'avez pas eu de chance. En ce qui concerne la propreté merci d'avoir laissé l'appartement dans un bel état, il aurait quand même été dans l'esprit des locations saisonnières de vider le frigidaire, de jeter ses aliments non consommés et de jeter le contenu des poubelles remplies a ras bord. J'espère que vous avez passé quand même un bon séjour.

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire, bel appartement lumineux et calme avec vue partielle sur la mer. Bien équipé il ne manque rien. Très proche des commerces de proximité, des restaurants et des transports en commun dont la ligne directe en tramway depuis l’aéroport. Excellent séjour !

J’ai passé 4 nuits avec mes 2 filles dans l’appartement de Jordi où rien ne manque. L’appartement est cosy, lumineux et très bien placé entre nature (près des criques de la réserve) et la ville avec le tram à 2 pas. Jordi est un hôte très agréable. Merci!

Un logement sympa dans un quartier calme et très bien situé.
Il s'agit d'un logement rénové. C'est pas le Négresco, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très accessible en bus tram ou train, nous aurions pu nous passer de la voiture de location, difficile à garer dans ce quartier ! Pourtant nous avons visité du Cap d'Antibes à Monaco. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire. A recommander.

Calme et sérénité au Port de Nice
Excellent appartement très agréable et dans lequel on se sent chez soi immédiatement. L'accueil prévenant et bienveillant de l'hôte, sa vraie gentillesse a permis de se sentir attendus et de faire sien cet adorable lieu. Equipements complets, luminosité et espaces aérés au Port de Nice au début de la délicieuse corniche qui offre une autre perspective de Nice, plus Nature et authentique. Merveilleux séjour.

Excellent séjour pour démarrer l année, on recommande!
L appartement est très bien situé, lumineux, calme, avec les commerces à proximité. Il ne manque rien(draps, ustensile de cuisine...) . Nous remercions Jordi pour son accueil et ses bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Die Wohnung war für zweit Personen sehr gut zu nutzen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen kulinarischen Urlaub brauchten. Der Einkauf der Produkte für genussreiches Essen war sehr leicht, alles in kurzer Entfernung vorhanden. Da keine Garage vorhanden, war die Parkplatzsuche an manchen Tagen schwierig. Trotzdem würden wir diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Un couple sympathique fan de musées et de la cuisine française. Un séjour bien préparé et le temps aidant le sourire était de rigueur. L'appartement a été laissé dans un parfait état de propreté. Au plaisir de vous revoir, la côte réserve encore des surprises.

Perfect time
We had a great time in Nice and enjoyed our “home” for the two weeks we stayed there a lot. The location is great and it is well equipped. Jordi is super friendly, allowed an early check in and a late check out and provided fresh towels and sheets after the first week. Abbiamo passato 6 giorni in questo appartamento, super confortevole, pulito e molto luminoso. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e cordiale nello spiegare cosa visitare e come farlo. Ottima posizione, in 10 minuti a piedi siamo in Piazza Garibaldi e nella Nizza vecchia, la fermata del bus per Monaco - Menton in cima alla via. Consigliatissimo! Francesca e Matteo

Appartement très bien situé,aéré et clair.Convient pour 2 adultes et éventuellement 1 enfant
L'accès aux toilettes par la seule chambre présente un petit inconvénient.A 4 adultes,il faut gérer.Il faut le savoir auparavant. La capacité d'eau chaude est également limitée pour 4 adultes. Toutefois,ce logement a des atouts appréciables et ,pour ma part,je lui donne un bon classement. Clarté,propreté et rapport qualité-prix situent cet appart vers le haut de l'"affiche".

Sehr netter Vermieter. Schöne kleine gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Englisch!
Nizza, eine schöne Stadt die man gesehen haben muss. Schöner Hafen, schöne Altstadt, schöne Strandpromenade. Und all das ist schnell erreicht. Kleiner Tipp, statt um den Hafen zu laufen kann man mit einem kleinen wassertaxi für ein kleines Trinkgeld auf die andere Seite fahren.

M Jordi très gentil il est venue nous dépanne car ont était perdu pour se rendre à l´appartement il y avait un événement sur la promenade des anglais .L’appartement est bien situé pour allez voir et se promener sur la promenade des Anglais et le vieux Nice .Ont a beaucoup apprécier notre séjour dans l’appartement qui est bien équipé et fonctionnelle .

Nos cousins canadiens très sympathiques. Bien sur, avec une arrivée compliquée par l'ironman de Nice mais un séjour agréable rattrapant cette mésaventure. Au plaisir de vous retrouver lors d'une prochaine escapade au soleil.

nette, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Hafennähe - sehr freundlicher Kontakt
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Miethaus in Hafennähe. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem WLAN-Passwort, auf unseren Anruf hin kam er innerhalb von wenigen Minuten persönlich vorbei und erledigte es sehr geduldig mit einem Anruf beim Anbieter. Auch bei der Anreise erwartete er uns persönlich und half uns bei der Parkplatzsuche. Zudem erhielten wir Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt (lohnende Ziele, öffentlicher Nahverkehr). Sehr freundlich.

Le calme à la ville
Bien placé dans une petite rue piétonne, ce charmant 2 pièces est orienté mer/montage. A côté du port et des commerces, près du vieux Nice. Déco de bon goût, bien équipé. Le propriétaire est charmant et de bon conseil. On peut tout faire à pieds et aussi louer les vélos de la ville dans une station à 50 mètres.

superbe vacances
Coucou, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement de Jordi. On se sent comme à la maison. Il très bien équipé, la literie est confortable. Nous y avons passé une semaine avec an petit garçon de 4 ans et tout c'est bien passé. Il est très bien situé dans la ville, proximité de tous les transports, commerces et restaurants. La voiture est pas du tout nécessaire. Avec la vue sur la mère nous avons pu admirer le magnifique paysage de cet endroit. On remercie beaucoup à Jordi et sa femme pour son attention et sa gentillesse. A très bientôt j'espère.

Il est toujours gratifiant d'avoir pu participer, tant soit peu, aux bons souvenirs que nos amis visiteurs garderont de la côte d'azur et de Nice. Séjour bien préparé, bien organisé, bonne communication et appartement laissé dans un parfait état. Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau car notre région est faste et mérite du temps devant soi.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung
Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um auch länger dort Ferien zu machen. Sehr gut gelegen und doch ruhig und erholsam. Supermarkt und Restaurants wie auch der Hafen nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Hauptsaison kostenloses Fährboot zum Hafenbecken übersetzen, erspart ein paar Meter zur Promenade. Bushaltestelle 1 Minute entfernt. Jordi, der Vermieter, ist pünktlich und sehr hilfsbereit (z.B. Tipps wo man kostenlos gut parken kann). Würden Wohnung ohne zu zögern noch einmal buchen.

Une bonne préparation du séjour avec une excellente communication préalable au séjour. Ce court séjour aura donné à cette gentille famille une bonne idée des possibilités régionales et je l'espère une envie de revenir. Appartement laissé dans un bel état de rangement et de propreté et je les en remercie
