The apartment was just right for our stay It had easy access to the direct bus to Nice and St. Paul de Vence. The pool was great and it was an easy walk for shopping.

Overall, we had a great stay! The place is a bit bigger in person and could comfortably fit 2-3 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked which helps if you want to cook a few meals at "home" - great transport option! There is a bus to NICE's airport, and the Cote d'Azur train is only 17 minutes walk away! We were able to visit lots of cities during our stay. The hosts are also very easy to communicate with.

Great value and liked the location Apartment has everything that you need with a very helpful complex manager on had. Bunk beds in the hall, sofa bed in the lounge/living space and the seperate bedroom. The apartment has no ac, but we found in early September it was fine with the breeze from the baloncy. Only about 17 mins walk to the train station that can take you to all the main beaches. We prefered the sandy beaches of juan-le-pins and Cannes, with Nice/Cagnes being pebbles (pack sea shoes). Supermarket and Mall within 5/10 mins walk. For shopping and evening entertainment

L'appartement Ă©tait trĂšs fonctionnel et vraiment bien Ă©quipĂ© (machine Ă  laver, four, micro-onde, ustensiles de tous types pour la cuisine, tĂ©lĂ© vrai grand Ă©cran, box internet). Nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien et ça a Ă©tĂ© un vrai gain de temps. La dame qui nous a cueilli pour la remise des clefs est vraiment pro et nous a bien renseignĂ© sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la rĂ©sidence, ainsi que les activitĂ©s Ă  faire dans le coin. A noter que l'appartement est Ă  quelques minutes d'un accĂšs direct Ă  l'autoroute (pratique pour ne pas perdre de temps sur les trajets de balade) et Ă  3min du Polygone Riviera, super pour des achats. La rĂ©sidence est calme et Ă©quipĂ©e de deux piscines (adultes et enfants) dont on n'a pas profiter Ă  cause du froid, mais elles avaient l'air vraiment cool. Le garage attitrĂ© est aussi un vrai plus pour ne pas perdre de temps Ă  chercher oĂč se garer aprĂšs une journĂ©e de balade. En somme, vraiment un super sĂ©jour. We got a lovely break in a perfect location with the outstanding swimming pool. If we will be coming back again next year, we would be definitely choosing the same property. It is only 15 min walk to the train station, 10 min to the huge shopping mall, restaurants and 30 min to the beach. The issue with the garage is rather simple one - you would not be able to maneuver into it as it is 1st (next to the gates) in the underground garages block. But for the middle class car and experience driver, no issues at all. As well the over reviewers were complaining about cleanliness. I thought that more detailed description of the French system was missing on homeaway website. Basically the status of the property you enter is as it is left by previous guests. If someone is cheating before you, well there is nothing to complain about the host. €40 cleaning deposit is taken for you to clean after your stay. If you are honest, you do it properly. Or it is like someone buying tickets for Easyjet and all the time complaining that British Airways are better. The price is corresponding the status of property. For us it was perfect - paid less than in Formula 1 and got much bigger confort. Yes, the air conditioner would be very useful in July and August, but windows are not facing south. In all, it was comfortable and relaxing stay.

Appartamento bellissimo.molto carino tranquillo. Posizione comodissima. Proprietaria simpatica.abbiamo passato delle vacanze meravigliose in famiglia .A parte il letto matrimoniale che faceva troppo rumore .per il resto tutto bene.piscina e terreno di tenis comodo per divertirsi e rinfrescarsi.non vedo l ora di ritornare e consiglio a tutti di provare anche non saranno delusi

Mit der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden. WeinglĂ€ser aus Glas nicht aus Plastik wĂ€ren schön gewesen.Die Tiefgarage lag sehr ungĂŒnstig und es war kompliziert hineinzufahren. Beim RĂŒckwĂ€rtseinfahren war es nicht mehr möglich auf der Fahrerseite auszusteigen. So mussten wir auf der Straße parken, die PlĂ€tze waren sehr rar. Genau das wollten wir nicht.

DĂšs l'arrivĂ©e, le ballon d'eau chaude fait disjoncter le compteur Ă©lectrique, donc : 3 jours sans eau chaude pour se laver et pour la vaisselle ! Cuisine : cafetiĂšre avec moisissures Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, des tiroirs et des couverts sales. Dans les placards la vaisselle est n'importe comment. Sur le mur des WC tĂąche de "crotte". Garage oui MAIS inutilisable, pas de stationnement possible Ă  proximitĂ©. DifficultĂ©s tous jours pour se stationner. A l'arrivĂ©e pour la remise des clĂ©s il a fallu se conformer Ă  la disponibilitĂ© de l’accueillante qui ne pouvait pas ĂȘtre prĂ©sente bien qu'on l'ait prĂ©venue par avance. Donc attente aprĂšs plusieurs heures de route... Idem Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour pour remettre les clĂ©s de la location ; malgrĂ© un RV imposĂ© Ă  20h15 auquel nous nous sommes conformĂ©, ne voyant personne arriver, nous avons dĂ» tĂ©lĂ©phoner pour s'entendre dire "Je vous ai complĂštement oubliĂ©". Ce dernier soir nous le passions en famille pour l'anniversaire de notre petit fils. Je considĂšre que nous avons Ă©tĂ© patients et arrangeants, mais lĂ  c'est trop, trop de nĂ©gligence et un grand manque de respect envers la clientĂšle. NB pas d'Ă©tat des lieux Ă  l'arrivĂ©e donc pas au dĂ©part. Point positif : RĂ©sidence calme, pas de nuisance sonore.
