Rents rez of villa located in the middle of a park of 2500 m2 sported by Mediterranean essences. A swimming pool overhangs the ground and benefits from a panoramic sight on the baous.

Ideally located between sea (10 ') and mountain. (4')
You will be seduced by the unaltered beauty of the landscapes, the baous of the hinterland of Nice.

The villages of Saint-Jeannet, La Gaude, Vence, Saint Paul de Vence let you flirt with the different artists Marcel Pagnol tasted the gaude for 30 years ...

You can hike in the mountains, torrents and dive into the waterfalls. But also to swim in the sea or along the coast on the bike path to Nice and Villeneuve Loubet.
Saint-Jeannet is an international climbing site.

The narrow streets of old Nice and Old Antibes will remind you of Provencal towns.

The various festivals will delight your ears: "The summers of the general council" (450 free traveling concerts) "the nights of the south" in Vence 9 km, "jazz Juan" in Juan les pins, Nice Jazz etc ...

This villa ground completely renovated this year including:

Superb home and host

It was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome. The area is great and has easy access to a supermarket and ice cream parlor. We mostly day tripped into Nice and Antibes and it was perfect for both. Vincent and Severine were wonderful hosts who made our stay fantastic.

Fantastic views. Lovely garden & Pool. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Superb host. It should be noted that the property is a flat beneath the owners property.

Tolle Gastgeber!

Wir haben eine Woche vor Ostern in La Gaude verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber.Der Garten und Pool sind sehr schön und konnten mit benutzt werden. Leider hatten wir ungewöhnlich viel Pech mit dem Wetter, haben aber die Tage gut für Ausflüge und Museen nutzen können. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus oben und sind unglaublich gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie haben die Kinder mit Spielen versorgt und uns Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Anzeige war ungenau

In der Anzeige steht : "Mieten Sie eine Villa , privater Pool" Leider stimmt beides so nicht. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoß einer sehr schön gelegen Villa. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Obergeschoß, mit toller Aussicht, von der man im EG leider gar nichts hat. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Vorallem die Ehefrau hatte tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und Strände. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und ausreichend groß für max. 4 Personen. Den Pool hatte wir meistens für uns alleine, da die Familie sich schnell zurückzog, wenn wir auftauchten. Der Abschied viel uns, bedingt durch die sehr große Gastfreundschaft, sehr schwer. Foi tudo perfeito!!! A curta distância do Aeroporto e do centro de Nice esta Villa é um oásis de tranquilidade. Não se ouve qualquer ruído e é o ideal para relaxar após um dia de visitas na zona. O supermercado está a 300m de distância e tem sempre pão fresco e tudo o que necessita para cozinhar. A casa tem estacionamento privado e é bastante seguro. Trata-se de uma moradia com 2 pisos, onde no piso de cima vive a família Petit (muito discreta e respeitadora do espaço dos hospedes) e o piso de baixo é para alugar. A moradia é composta por: Sala de estar com televisão, sofá, mesa e cadeiras; 2 quartos, 1 com cama de casal e outro com 2 camas individuais, cozinha toda equipada e casa de banho com banheira e chuveiro. Toda a casa tem aquecimento e existe um pátio e jardim exterior onde se encontra uma piscina. Quero salientar e agradecer o caloroso acolhimento por parte da família Petit que foram espectaculares em tudo!!! Ficarão para sempre no meu coração!!!!

maison au calme dans les collines derrieres Nice

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison a la Gaude. Le rez de villa est sobre mais fidèle aux photos. On ne manque de rien. La maison est vraiment au calme mais malgré tout proche d une boulangerie, hypermarché et poissonnier (3min a pied). La piscine privée est sympa et sans aucun vis a vis. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sont aux petits soins et nous ont donné de bons conseils (resto, rando, visites, etc...) pendant notre séjour. Petit bémol pour arriver a la maison, il faut monter la colline de 8km par la route en lacets. Si on n est pas habitués, ca peut être un peu stressant les premiers jours.

Et dejligt sted.

Vi boede en uge med vores tre børn i denne bolig, og det kan bestemt anbefales. Værtsparret er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Velfungerende lejlighed og dejlig pool. Kort afstand til både bager og supermarked og mange gode udflugtsmål i nærheden.

Excellent séjour (Pascal, Coralie, Timéo et Dune)!

Une location idéalement située entre bord de mer et arrière-pays Niçois. L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée donne de plein pied sur un espace extérieur arboré très bien aménagé. L'intérieur est particulièrement coquet et très fonctionnel. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont fait preuve d'une grande sollicitude (conseils divers, souci de notre bien-être). Les enfants, pour leur part, ont partagé de grands moments de complicité avec ceux des propriétaires et garderont aussi un excellent souvenir de leur séjour !

Un lieu charmant, bien situé et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location de Séverine et Vincent ! Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants qui ont su donner beaucoup de charme à leur maison. Située dans un environnement calme, dégagé, le parc est un havre de paix dont on a pu profiter pleinement. Très bien équipée, la maison avec son charme Vintage est confortable et la déco soignée. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances à La Gaude !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Leider ist es etwas schwierig, da ich nur die franz. Bewertungsseite bekomme, ich aber lieber in so einem Fall deutsch schreibe. Wir waren 4 Tage in der Wohnung und es war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 großen Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit WC, und geräumigem Flur. In Deutschland würde man Einliegerwohnung dazu sagen - eigener Eingang und Zugang zu Terasse, Garten (der eigentlich ein kleiner Park ist) und ein etwas oberhalb ein Swimmingpool. Alles macht einen gepflegten und liebevollen Eindruck in einem familiären Stil. Die Familie Petit lebt im Obergeschoss des Hauses, eine im 50er-Jahre Stil erbaute (Bauhaus)-Villa. Die schon etwas älteren Kinder sind sehr freundlich, wie auch die gesamte Familie sehr rücksichtsvoll zu den Besuchern sind (Dies wurde anscheinend in der Vergangenheit mehrfach unverschämt ausgenutzt, weswegen nur noch kurz-Vermietungen bevorzugt werden). Berücksichtigt man die recht exklusive Umgebung, ist das Wohnungsangebot als äußerst günstig zu bezeichnen. Allerdings sollten sich Interessenten klar darüber sein, das hier in einem Haus 'zusammen-gewohnt' wird und natürlich auch eine entsprechende Rücksichtsnahme gegenüber den Vermietern notwendig ist (Lautstärke, sozialer Umgang, etc.). Wie in anderen Teilen Frankreichs auch sind Grundkenntnisse der Sprache hilfreich, Frau Petit spricht allerdings auch gutes Englisch. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt (IBM-Werk, Centre Commercial), um wirklich einiges in der Umgebung zu unternehmen ist ein PKW gut zu gebrauchen, der kann auch sicher im Hof des Anwesens abgestellt werden. Der tägliche Einkauf kann im Centre Commercial, mit Intermarche, Bäckerei, etc. zu Fuß unternommen werden (ca. 5 min.), ansonsten gibt es natürlich jede Menge Sehenswertes in der Umgebung, wie Nizza, Vence, Fondation Maeght, Renoirs Wohnhaus mit wunderschönem Garten ... Parfait !

Endroit Magnifique, pour des vacances magnifiques ! Propriétaires aux petits soins mais sachant être discrets ! de très bons conseils pour les resto et pour les endroits à visiter et d'une gentillesse extrême ! Jardin propice à la détente, aux rêveries, aux apéros et aux barbecues ! Piscine très grande, très propre et agréable, jardin arboré tout autour qui en font un endroit super agréable. Nous avons adoré les petits dejs dans le jardin, l'apéro Mojitos avec le propriétaires, les activités autours comme le canyoning, la baignade dans les cascades, les petits restos des petits villages alentours, la maison impeccable, les chambres confortables, la literies, etc... Nous y avons passé des vacances inoubliables !

Superbe séjour entre amis à la Gaude !

Séverine & Vincent nous ont accueilli dans un véritable petit havre de paix ! Rez-de-chaussé de villa très joli, décorée avec goût, propreté irréprochable, superbe piscine et agréable jardin bohème où nous avons passé d’inoubliables soirées ! La villa est idéalement placée, au calme, entre mer & montagne, à deux pas de Vence. Nous avons pu enfin s'essayer au canyoning dans les gorges du Loup ! Séverine & Vincent (et leurs deux enfants) sont des hôtes adorables et discrets, au petit soin (merci pour les mojitos !) toujours prêts à rendre service, à conseiller des balades, idées de sorties & restaurants. On se sentait vraiment chez nous ! Je ne peux que vous conseiller d'aller faire un petit tour par chez eux ! A très vite !
