Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Saint-Laurent-du-Var!
Discover this beautiful 100 m² villa nestled in a green haven, perfect for a vacation focused on peace, comfort, and togetherness.

Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms and a bathroom are ready to accommodate family and friends in the best conditions.

On the ground floor, a spacious fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room and dining area, a perfect space for sharing meals and memories. The wraparound balcony with a stunning open view is ideal for breakfast.
All the interior furnishings were renewed in June 2025 , you’ll find everything you need (including baby equipment).

The large south-facing terrace offers panoramic views of the Var Valley, ideal for outdoor dining with a large extendable table that seats up to 10 guests. Unwind in the outdoor lounge under a parasol, soak up the sun on the loungers, or enjoy the 6-person spa (available from April to September) for the ultimate in relaxation.

Surrounded by a terraced, tree-filled garden with no direct neighbors, the house guarantees total privacy. Enjoy the surrounding nature and the sound of cicadas to recharge in complete serenity.

Nice International Airport is just a few kilometers away (15 minutes by car), making your arrival effortless.
