Front office staff are so polite and accommodating.The room is clean and comfortable.The property serves a decent breakfast daily and the property is located is such a picturesque,quiet and nice neighbourhood with the train station just 2 mins away.

It was fantastic 6 nights stay! Great location, about 100 meters from the train station and supermarket. Highly recommend! The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE!! The perfect location…a 1 min walk to the train station that connects all the towns of the french riveria. After exploring all the other towns, we all agreed that this was the best location we could’ve booked. If I was to come back I would definitely stay here. Also, the free breakfast was amazing!

Go on - board that plane and sample the sun
This is the most casual and comfortable hotel which means you can visit all the Riviera romps and swim in a range of pretty bays without feeling any ‘chic’ pressure . No poseurs here . A lot of hard working staff and so helpful . It does get crowded - opposite the station but it’s so good to absorb the local atmosphere. And … Yes - that breakfast is excellent / croissant and freshly sourced breads .

Lovely refurbished hotel right next to the station
Lovely refurbished hotel next to the train station. Cute decor in the communal areas. Free breakfast - continental with lots of pastries, meats, cheeses and cereals. Location is pretty and very convenient.

Perfect simple hotel beach side stay
A simple and classic hotel with everything you need. The room was spotless with a nice shower and balcony overlooking the sea. Right in the middle of town so easy to walk to the supermarket, train station, bus stop outside and to the beach in 10 mins. The hotel had a basic buffet breakfast. Would really recommend for people without a car for sure because of the location.

This was a superb, “value for money” hotel in the often overlooked Beaulieu. It was definitely at the top end of the 3 star designation - not at all fancy but solid, updated and clean. Gabriel at reception made my arrival and departure flawless. Don’t miss out on a couple of superb, inexpensive and very local restaurants up the hill right off Place du Général de Gualle.

Top hotel at an unbeatable price
One of the finest hotel experiences in several years. Front desk was eager to help with early check in and a top floor terrace room with view of Mediterranean and Cap Ferrat. Perfect housekeeping. Every staff member friendly. Excellent location across street from train, 3 blocks from beach and casino, easy walk to Cap Ferrat and Villefranche Sur Mer. Incredibly beautiful town with lots to see and several good restaurant. Under 15 minutes and €3 from Monaco or Nice. On top of all that, unbelievably affordable for a newer/perfectly maintained hotel in fantastic location, with wifi and breakfast included.

Fantastic - but small things would greatly improve
Fantastic stay at this hotel - cleanliness, staff and location were all faultless, but there are some small simple things that would dramatically improve this hotel, such as have proper plates are breakfast (not paper plates), relocating the hairdryers (so that you don’t knock it off the holder every time you wash your hands) and have a shower door so that the bathroom doesn’t get drenched every time you have a shower.

the best especially as value for money.
The recipients response is fast & efficient also the staff are friendly and helpful in particular the recipients Sofia, Gabrielle, Ibrahima & Megane. The is clean, practical and with a view. Breakfast is very good and overall services was excellent. We stayed in several hotels during this tour in Paris, Nice and Amsterdam but we found that Ibis styles Beaulieu-sur-Mer is the best especially as value for money.

Great stay
We stayed in a triple room for 3 nights. The staff are really friendly. We had an issue with the air con and they fixed it straight away. The breakfast is great value fof the price. It was cereals, breads, yoghurts, pastries, juice etc. The hotel is well situated for the beach and is opposite the train station and a large supermarket

Very disappointing !!!
The hotel had not booked a parking space for us as agreed when booking and it meant having to move the car in the early morning every day. They had no fridge in the room as they apparently don’t have to .. The room was not quiet at all unlike what we had specified in the booking .. we ended up leaving very early and coming back very late to avoid being in the room .. Breakfast was very disappointing that I had to skip it every day!!

The hotel located out of nice, near a train station. The soronding area is nice, lots of caffes and shops. The room is plain, but good. There is a problem we didn't know about from the description of the hotel - there are stairs in any floor, even if it accecibale with a lift, you need to climb 5-6 stairs. It was not a plesent surprise, since we needed an accecible room for an old man. Brekfest is just a coffee and something light. No eggs, no white cheese, only gem, ham, some cakes etc. Wifi works fine. There is a cellular shop near the hotel, and a supermarket 100m from it. You can park your car in the parking lot of the train station. overall it's ok value for money, if you're looking for a place to sleep only.

Great location!
My husband and I spent a week at Ibis Styles Beaulieu Sur Mer. It is in a great location, just up the street from the train station and a bus stop. This allowed us to access all areas of the French Riviera easily. The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very small, which is typical of rooms in this price range. One inconvenience was the lack of electrical outlets. There were only 2 in the room and one had a lamp plugged into it. That made it difficult to charge our technology.

Well located for the amazing views of the town. Very near town, restaurants, marina , beach and next to train station. All within walking distance. Choice of rooms include double bed with double sofa bed. However, only single sofa bed available.

This is a small and well located hotel. The service is always warm, friendly and so happy to help with everything. Beaulieu is a location that has grace and charm, sea that you can roam around and so many interesting sights as you hop on and off the train.
