The little house comprises a pretty 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and is surrounded by a garden of around 1,200 m².

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with dining area and TV lounge
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Lavender room: two single beds 80x190 (can be joined together to form a double bed)
- Emerald bedroom: two single beds 90x190, a small desk and an adjoining dressing room with washbasin and washing machine
- A shower room with walk-in shower (accessible via the Lavender room or the corridor)
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A private swimming pool (unheated) secured by an alarm, open from early May to late September
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and a pergola with views of the village of Vence and the sea
- A lovely 1,200 m² garden, with petanque area

The house is ideally located in Vence, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the village market are just 1.5 km away, i.e. around 15 minutes on foot.

- The wooden staircase to the first floor is approximately 60 cm wide and may not be suitable for everyone.
