"It was a bit difficult to find and with no parking we did have to walk a bit with our luggage. However the car park at Canberra Central as easily accessible and you could walk through the mall to the car park. Car park was cheap on weekend, just $3 overnight. Friday night I asked for car park voucher which was fine, however when we went to get the car in the morning the machine charged us $10 instead of the discounted price from the hotel of $13. Should have accepted that rather than think I might get more discount because the machine then charged me the $13 when I scanned the voucher. So definitely check the machine! The property itself was pleasant, not all lifts working so a bit slow going. Luckily it wasn’t too busy. When I booked I was to get a free bottle of wine on arrival. Nothing in the room and I did have to go and ask, and did get a small bottle of wine. The room was pleasant and had a single and double bed, kitchenette was good and it was bright and clean. Staff were very nice and easy to deal with "

Rooms are great with modern bathrooms--they actually have room by sink for you toilteries--so tired of modent minimalist designs that don't work. The main corridors are due for carpet, and the TV selection was.....minimal"

"Nice hot bath, dry sauna, and nice gym and pool are located in the same area and easy to access. Staff were friendly. Parking are easy to access to the hotel rooms. "

"Parking was easy and secure. Location was good. The facilities were minimal and furnishings aged. The lighting was not good with kitchen, dining and lounge lights all on one switch. All on, or none. "
