"There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. "

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. The staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness not the scripted kind, but the kind that makes you feel like you matter. Every interaction was warm, respectful, and attentive. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I slept well, moved through the space with ease, and never once felt unsure or overlooked. "The laundry service was horrible. Not once in my 3 night stay was my room cleaned! I asked the front desk to bring more towels and to at least empty trash and it never happened! I used the same towel to take a shower the whole time! "
