"I never got to the Ibis Hotel I tried to phone Expedia to re- book my accommodation to next month. Because I live in Kalbarri Western Australia and there was a Cat 4 Cyclone heading straight for us. I couldn’t leave my wife alone so that’s why I tried to phone Expedia to re-book to next mouth but nobody answered the phone on the other end check your records.
