Advised a great eating house, which was brilliant too. Brought in fresh pastries and rolls at the appointed hour for breakfast, fabulous!! Went the extra mile in sending text & Whatsapp message advising of airport closure due to Etna eruption/ash, disrupting flights, highly recommended. 5 STARS from us, thank you"

"The mattress was past its best (bowed), the furniture tired (lots of knocks and scrapes) and the room and bathroom in need of updating. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. That said the staff were very friendly and the lounge and lobby areas were nice, pool ok, breakfast also very good. OK for one night but no more. "
