They have a beautiful sky top area where they serve a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The area downstairs is so cute, cozy and has a beautiful atmosphere. I had a few iced cappuccinos here, enjoying the ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable. The area of it being in the city and currently near construction did make it noisy at times, but I brought ear plugs and it was fine. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The construction outside is noisey and restricts easy access. It is centrally located in old town. The hotel has tried to modernize but does need maintenance. Once issue with shower head was identified it was fixed. The staff are exceptional, in particular Deborah, Stella, Trisha, Sarah and nikoplos (sorry misspelled). They are guest oriented very helpful and gracious.

The front of house staff were attentive and very helpful. The hotel was finished well. The shower room and toilet was small but expected this for a building in this location. Parking is available from easy location on the other side of the venetian walls and is metered. There is separate roof top bar which has brilliant views of the city.

Great hotel and fantastic location

Amazing hotel just on the outskirts of the Walled City. Smaller sized but very comfortable rooms. Has everything you could need. Breakfast offering was good. Staff very helpful and polite. One funny point is that you become very accustomed to the local church bell when it rings in the morning, every morning. Thankfully only once but nonetheless a good alarm clock.

Very pleasant staff.. Excellent full service breakfast.. Central location.. Small rooms with handbasin in bedrooms, small shower and toilet area. There are balconies but you need to request when booking.. Hotels.com info is not correct for all superior rooms re balconies.. Recommended..

Enjoyed my stay

Wonderful stuff and hotel in a great location in the old Nicosa, everything a short walking distance away. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed and come with efficient and quiet AC. During my first visits I stayed in a room facing front and second time facing back. My preference was the room facing back; I enjoyed the view of the old town and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good too. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent staff and location

Excellent location and staff Room is on the smaller side It has a balcony with good views of the city There was strong sewage small in the room Since it's winter (although not very cold outside) the Aircon is set to heating. So can be warm in the room. Staff was excellent, very very helpful and polite. They also arranged my taxi to Larnaca airport which is a fixed price there. Location is excellent. Most tourist spots are within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

As soon as we arrived, Paolo told us everything we needed to know about where to go, what to do and what his favorite restaurants were. His advice served us well. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was friendly and shared interesting stories. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but very small. I don’t know where we would have put the luggage if we had not had hand luggage. The hotel is well located, close to Leder Street, museums, old churches and the bus station.

Fab Stay!

Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed in here in Cyprus. Both loved here in Cyprus for 5 years but from amazing hospitality, a friendly check in, great breakfast service, to a fantastic room. We absolutely loved it. The only minor bit of feedback I’d give, is for breakfast team members to ensure guests know what is included in a ‘free’ breakfast, and what isn’t. As this was confusing for us. The rest absolutely 10\10! Well done! Highly recommend.

Gets the job done

Comfortable, quiet hotel in a convenient location on the edge of the old town. The breakfast that came with the room was good (though service was slow), and the room had a nice balcony. There were some issues with the shower not draining and leaking into the bathroom, and also with the cleaner not refilling the coffee bar one day and then the night staff not being able to locate the replacement cups and coffees - which was annoying because I had an early departure the next morning that I wanted coffee for. Other than that everything was fine.
