Step inside this exquisite property to discover an inviting open-plan layout, boasting a sleek, brand-new modern kitchen replete with top-of-the-line amenities including a breakfast bar with accompanying stools.  The spacious living area is adorned with a plush, comfortable couch and a generously-sized smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Entertain guests effortlessly at the six-seater dining table, all while soaking in the panoramic city views from the balcony that seamlessly extends from the living to the dining area.  A well-appointed corridor off the kitchen leads to convenient facilities, including a guest WC and a main bathroom complete with a bath tub and shower head. This charming flat comprises three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: two double rooms and one twin room, ensuring ample space and comfort for a relaxing stay.  Ideally situated just 7 kilometers from the Mall of Cyprus and a mere 2 kilometers from the renowned Ledras Street, this property is centrally located amid a vibrant neighborhood bustling with an array of restaurants and bars within easy reach. Experience the convenience and allure of city living while indulging in the comfort and modernity of Romanou Modern City Center Flat.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
