"Clean and tidy room inside. The environment is very clean and the pool is cleaned daily. The property manager is very friendly and interacts with guests which was really nice. All the workers were all smiles, super friendly and available to provide assistance whenever necessary. I highly recommend"

"The hotel was great. Nice rooms, nice hotel layout. Aaron, Axel and Wendy and others were extremely friendly and likable. Beach is awesome. However, the front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. NON HELPFUL, ATTITUDE BOARDING ON DISRESPECT AND A REALLY COULD CARE LESS DEMEANOR. NEVER HAD THAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE BEFORE. I WOULD NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE. SEVERAL PEOPLE WE SPOKE TO THERE FELT THE SAME WAY."

"You get what you pay for. Solid 3 star hotel. Food wasn’t great or bad. If your kids can survive on hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken nuggets, this resort shouldn’t be an issue. Our room was dirty at check-in, the toilet water had an awful smell (all rooms), and the pool waters didn’t feel clean. Tried to use the hotel credits for golf (main reason we booked this hotel), and they are very misleading with advertising. I’ve stayed at other RIU resorts and this place isn’t in my top choices for future return."
