Welcome to the apartment Seagull in Osteebad Nienhagen. This quiet apartment is accessible to traffic. It is furnished to modern about 70 m² and has 2 balconies. The house has an elevator and outdoor parking spaces for bicycles are available, also central washer-dryer in the basement for a fee.

On request we are happy to provide children's high chair and cot available.
The following amenities can be found in our 3-room non-smoking apartment:
- Kitchen with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining area with baby chair
- Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and baby travel cot
- Children's room with sofa bed (for 2 children or adults) with TV with DVD player
There is underfloor heating in all rooms.

The nearby Warnemünde and the golf course, you can easily and on the hiking. Reach cycling path along the sea. Trips to Kuehlungsborn and Heiligendamm are also gladly done by our visitors.

Insgesamt gut
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war auch schön ruhig und man ist in 5minuten an der Steilküste. Baden kann man da aber nicht. Einziger Makel, der mich gestört hat: die geliehene Bettwäsche könnte neuer und in einem besseren Zustand sein. 20€ pro Person fand ich hier nicht angemessen.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage
Eine sehr schöne, hochwertig möblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch die verwendeten Baustoffe wie Fliesen, Struckturputz, Türen sind sehr ansprechend. Der Spiegelschrank im Schlafzimmer war „husch husch“ feucht abgewischt worden, das hätte man besser gelassen, denn so wirkte er verschmiert. Die tolle große Dusche in dem ebenfalls sehr wertigen Bad war auch mit Hilfsmittel gut zu benutzen. W-LAN lief stabil. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeisterservice lief angenehm und reibungslos. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Objekt.

Nach holprigem Start, war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Die Nähe zu den größeren Städten ist ideal. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute ruhige Lage und vom Balkon hat man auch einen Blick zur Ostsee, aber leider war die Reinigung vorher nicht ganz so perfekt. Insgesamt aber waren es ein paar schöne Tage in Nienhagen.

Schöne Lage
Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Lage. Keine 10 Minuten zum Kiesstrand. Die Wohnung ist optimal genutzt und könnte mir gut vorstellen dort noch mal hinzufahren, wenn die Kinder größer sind z.b.
