    The house combines the charm of a traditional Andalusian home with a modern, cozy, and functional style, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable moments together.

    On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed for a comfortable stay, as well as a cozy living room with air conditioning, heating, and a full bathroom.

    The upper floor features:

    • 2 double bedrooms with double beds.

    • 1 bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children or friends.

    • 1 full bathroom.

    Without a doubt, one of the highlights of the house is its fantastic outdoor area. The private swimming pool and barbecue space create the perfect setting to enjoy the wonderful climate, relax in the sun, or share unforgettable outdoor dinners.

Fantastic base to explore Granada and surrounded area... but no need to leave Niguelas as Casa La Alberquilla offered comfort and a cooling pool for relaxing and entertainment. Niguelas itself has fantastic bars and restaurants with great food and hospitality especially La Falla and La Erilla.
