Stained carpets in the hallways and rooms (we had 3), cracked and stained sinks in the rooms, and scuffs on the walls. It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card ...
