"We were placed in a tiny room right on the street with incredible amount of street noise, not that clean and a broken shower. There were clearly many other rooms available. The staff is friendly and the breakfast adequate but unfortunately the excessive noise, smoke, uncleanliness and lack of working facilities made this a lackluster stay."

"The shuttle is really convenient because it is far away from the airport. It is a tiny place, nothing fancy or luxurious. The people are super kind and helpful. "We stayed with Ahmed and he was so helpful in helping us at the last minute to find a driver to take us to Luxor. It was high season and last minute and yet he was able to accomplish that and help us throughout the trip even though the driver had some car trouble. He went above and beyond a service level that was among the best that I've seen in my previous 100+ countries that I've traveled to."
