These cozy upstairs lofts are located in Niles, Michigan by the river. This listing is for Loft 6 in our 10-loft building. Enjoy a stay in this cozy 2-bedroom unit located by the river, this unit does have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.

Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.

Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service. Very Nice Accommodations with a Beautiful View of the River

The loft was very nicely decorated, had everything needed and was very clean. Beautiful view of the river was a bonus. Host was an outstanding communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful Spot Near Southbend

We were looking for a spot close to Notre Dame and we lucked up finding this spot! Great stay for this trip. Other reviews mentioned that walls are thin but we didn’t have any issues with the “quiet times”. We will be booking again next time we are in the area!

property is well maintained and located close to a lot of different cities but far enough away that you don’t have all the tourist congestion and noise. there are numerous orchards, wineries, breweries, cider mills and distilleries close by to explore. would stay here again.

Small town weekend getaway

My wife & I had a nice weekend getaway at Unique Stays. The place (#6) was spacious and had everything we needed. Communicating with the managers was easy and they responded promptly when we contacted them. The location is great as it is along the river in downtown Niles.

great unique place to stay

What a find! Fit all of our needs and was so well equipped. The loft was a hit with our son and the location was perfect to venture around southwest Michigan. There was a convenient grocery store right in town for anything thing we needed. The common's area was a great addition. Next time we plan on bringing more family and each family unit will get their own unit. Can't wait.

Nice Weekend Stay

Very nice stay for a sisters weekend! Close to Niles cute downtown, restaurants and shops. You might tell future guests that these lofts are in a commercial building. Also, we could not find any cleaning supplies….broom, extra paper towel, garbage bags, etc. But overall, we would stay again!
