This house is really lovely, spacious and well situated: Very quiet and peaceful, but close to beautiful Nimes. We loved the pool and the garden, and Eve was always available for our questions. We had a wonderful stay here.

Villa in Nîmes

We had a super stay in this villa. Although only 4 km from city center of Nîmes the neighborhood was extremely quiet surrounded by nature. The house is well equipped with nice open kitchen, big pool and plenty of sitting corners. We were really delighted by our stay.

Charmant huis . Airco aanwezig in woonkamer en 1 slaapkamer. Proper zwembad met aangename temperatuur. Er is een garage aanwezig maar deze staat vol zodat de wagen niet binnen kan staan.

Superbe villa avec un emplacement idéal pour la découverte de la région.

Soleil, piscine et superbe villa climatisée. Son emplacement, nous a permis de découvrir chaque jour un village typique de la région. Et de profiter de la picine en fin d'après-midi. La propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Prachtige villa op een geweldige locatie

Wij verbleven 10 dagen in de prachtige villa. De ligging is perfect zeer dicht +/- 4km tot het centrum van Nîmes en op 2km Supermarkten , bakkers. Heel dicht tegen het centrum maar zeer rustig gelegen. Het huis beschikt over 3 slaapkamers. De bovenste slaapkamer heeft airco en een badkamer. De woonkamer beschikt over airco en de 2 slaapkamers op gelijkvloers over een ventilator / mobiele airco. Dit is zeer aangenaam in de warme periode met 38°C. Zwembad is een plezier en met de verschillende terrassen kan je zowel in de zon als in de schaduw zitten Eve is super gastvrouw steeds zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. De villa is een aanrader

Chouette et pratique

Accueil très sympathique, hôte très disponible pour toute question. Maison spacieuse, c’était l’hiver donc pas pu profiter de l’extérieur. Tout est très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Belle villa tous confort sans vis à vis

L’annonce n’est pas à la hauteur des prestations de cette villa. Côté cuisine, tout y est, même la machine à pain, le frigo américain (et ses glaçons) et la cafetière bistrot intégrée. Concernant les chambres, celle du haut est une chambre parentale avec sa sdb et son dressing. Les 2 du bas mériteraient une clim même mobile Concernant l’extérieur, la terrasse fait office de coin apéro alors que le patio permet de manger à l’extérieur et de passer de bon moment à jouer aux fléchettes ou aux jeux de société En synthèse, je remercie Ève pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa belle villa 😉
