It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,400 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor: - A 52 m² living room with TV lounge and dining area opening onto an outside terrace. - A 16 m² fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, storeroom, etc.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), storage space, opens onto a south-facing solarium - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), storage space, opens onto a north-east-facing balcony - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190), washbasin with cupboard - Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room 1: shower in basement - Bathroom 2: bath and double basin on first floor - Shower room 3: shower on the second floor - Three separate WCs: one in the basement, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 6 x 3 m² swimming pool (private, covered and unheated), open from 1 July to 30 September. - A lovely 1,400 m² garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is located in Nîmes, in very pleasant surroundings, with the living room and swimming pool facing an area of garrigue. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
