We rent our 93 m² one-floor villa, set on a 320 m² fenced wall, with 2 terraces and an automatic gate

Very pleasant throughout the day, very bright, quiet, cool in summer, and easy to live in

2 bedrooms, including one independent (a former garage converted into a bedroom with a shower room+WC)

This excellent location allows an easy access to the city centre in just a few minutes, as well as to all main roads
Ideally located in one of the most pleasant neighbourhoods of Nîmes, close to all shops (5-minute walk), 3 pétanque grounds, & 1 golf; close to the historic centre of Nîmes (5 minutes by car | 25 minutes to go to the Arena & Maison Carrée), public transport (buses stop at 3 minutes’ walk), hospital & medical health centre, pharmacy, restaurants & Michelin-starred establishments, nightlife, art & culture, golf courses, tennis & padel courts, horse-riding centres, hiking trails, and more…
