"Many small things added to a less than ideal stay: Clerk carried on extended phone call while also checking us in. Room had plastic waste by sink when we arrived. Breakfast areas was not kept clean. Parking lot needed sand spread on the numerous ice patches."

Pool area was not like pictures(wall partition with construction on the other side), and frequently out of towels. Teenage boy's in pool and hot tub in their underwear, not bathing suits. Cat in room and hallway a few doors down from our room. To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement. "

"My wife and I stayed here in February, 26. Check in was fine until we were informed we would need to pay a $75.00 pet fee for our dog, which is a certified Emotional Support pet with an ESA Animal Identification card. The hotel website states that “service animals are exempt from fees”. However, hotel management insisted emotional support animals were NOT “service animals” under Hampton Inn policies, and thus our emotional support animal was not exempt from the fee. Had I not made the reservation using a third party I would have walked out, but the reservation was prepaid. Be aware of this. Additionally, the blinds in our room did not adequately cover the windows and our room was lit up like a Christmas tree by the overpowering parking lot lights, making it difficult to sleep."

"Bed is harder than a rock. No smoke detector, just wires hanging out of the wall. No sprinkler system either. Entance to building did not have sidewalk shoveled."
