Ninth and Fairfield Shopping Center

Amenities were solid (gym, swimming pool, filtered water machine, clubhouse). Nice apartment overall, able to cook and WFH with no issue. Parking was ample, residents were friendly. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel room was clean. The parking area and the area by the elevators wasn’t very clean. Lots of litter and trash around the shrubs and palm trees. The property overall has gone down. It looks very different in person from the photos online. Your room door is outside like a motel. We didn’t expect this. The location is great close to restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was wonderful. The lady Elizabet that does the breakfast is very friendly and hardworking. She goes above and beyond to welcome guests and to make their stay more comfortable. I’d stay there again because of the clean room, location, breakfast, and her welcoming personality.
