"Usually in hotels you can leave your suitcase if the plane is after check-out and then take a shower. It is logical that the guest will spend time on the beach after check out and want to wash up after it. This hotel does not have this service. Although the hotel is 4 stars. I found garbage in the sea, it was dirty. They use a lot of plastic in the hotel. Zero eco friendliness. Wi-fi did not work, the reception did not help to set it up. They said that they could not do anything about it....

"Is this an aparthotel or a hotel? You can't eat or drink anything at the pool. You have to eat from the pool bar. But for example, there is a chocolate that is not sold at the bar, and even your children can't eat it at the pool. I love drinking coffee and tea by the pool, but I was constantly warned. "The property was amazing for my partner and I, it was relaxing and had great facilities to cook in. Shops are in walking distance as is the beach. "Accommodation was dated but OK, beds comfortable, shower OK. Liked that we had a balcony. Fridge was rubbish. View from the hotel was beautiful Lots of step around which could prove difficult for less abled/pushchairs. Pool nice (could be busy in high summer) hated the loud music played by the pool. Food was plentiful with options for everyone but repetitive after a few day . Alcoholic drinks were dreadful. WiFi only in the reception and pool area. Staff were generally nice and helpful...

"This hotel was terrible. The air conditioning broke and water poured all over the table. There were no facilities in the room (no fridge meant there was no access to water in the room). Also hardly any, sometimes no running water for a shower or even to brush your teeth comfortably. Bedding was very poor quality and not even a table on the balcony. The staff were friendly and approachable but were unable to help with such poor facilities."
