Room was clean but small. The reason I booked it was because it looked like there was a fun terrace/lounge. The terrace was a small rooftop thing but no bar. The bar was on the first floor and both nights I was there it was reserved for a company event who had booked it so I couldn’t enjoy it. Also know if you haven’t been to the area before it is like their Vegas, lots of bars and girl bars etc. surprisingly the room was quiet. Overall just small for the price and a buzzkill I couldn’t take advantage of the bar, but staff was nice and it was clean etc

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

"The only thing I had to think about is the hotel location. It took about 10 minutes from JR Tachikawa station to get there. It was a bit tough for me to carry my suitcase under the heat in summer. Also, I was not sure where the hotel was located. Otherwise everything about the hotel is perfect!"
