"A beautiful property that is still very nice, but its rooms have seen better days. Scratches on the floor, some damage to the walls and holes in the drapes. I’ve been going for years for the lovely beach, the Cliff Bar and the fantastic restaurant next door. I’ll probably go back but maybe time to look into options that are less expensive as you’re no longer paying for luxury."
Superb 5* Sea View Luxury Villa,Private Pool in Central Protaras with FREE WIFI

"This villa is in a great location a 5 min walk down the road to the sea in a very nice area. 10 min walk from the bus stop or a 20 min walk into Protarus main strip. The pool area is lovely with a nice surround and roman steps, plenty of beds and beautiful foliage for privacy. The villa is spaciousManagement were helpful and dealt with any issues quickly and were super kind on check out, seeing if we needed a later check out. The reason it’s not 5 star is some small suggestions that could be easily put right and make this a really appealing villa. The villa is in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Generally painting and sealing updates in bathrooms. There’s no kitchen sink plug that fits so washing up is difficult. There is a dishwasher but when there’s limited cutlery and cups you need to wash those up. All the pans need replacing and are in poor condition (not uncommon I find in villas as other guests put them in dishwashers). There is a mouldy smell in one of the cupboards from the air con unit attached outside, maybe shut that cupboard off? The upstairs bedrooms get great air con but the upstairs landing and bathroom are almost unbearable as they don’t benefit from it. May be a standing fan on the landing to get the air flow moving? The bathroom also has a sliding door which is so noisy it easily wakes others when someone needs a trip to the loo at night and no lock, maybe some WD40?. All in all we had a great 2 weeks, thank you Katie and team."

"A great way to spend a quiet getaway. Spacious apartment with all amenities, 5 minutes walk to beautiful beaches and surrounding restaurants. Jerry at the reception was a great host and so helpful by all means thanks Jerry you are amazing . Very well located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Protaras ."

"Receptionists were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but very clean and modern, perfect for me to stay in for a long weekend for a friend's wedding. Swimming pool was clean and tidy and the sun loungers were comfortable. Breakfast had all the main essentials. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner as did not have those at the hotel. Overall, an incredibly comfortable and happy stay ☺️"
