"Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. "Location right next to the ferry terminal so handy for my purposes. My 'sea view' wasn't quite as expected but I could see the sea. Furnishings and fittings a little outdated. Quite old-fashioned and small bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine and breakfast was plentiful. Parking would have been a big issue but I didn't have a car. Not sure I would stay again tbh "
