- In the countryside of Nivillac, in Morbihan, this stone farmhouse, fully renovated in 2026, houses 2 adjoining holiday cottages, Le Boizeul and Le Petit Boizeul. Each sleeps up to 15 guests, accommodating 30 in total. Spacious and welcoming, the property is ideal for family gatherings, reunions with friends or private events.
A place combining authentic charm with modern comfort. The private heated pool, covered by a dome, is available from April to October, weather permitting.
Set over two floors with step-free access, the cottages have 11 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for comfort and privacy: 6 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), and 5 bedrooms with single beds or a dormitory with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed.
Enjoy 2 large air-conditioned living areas with fully equipped kitchens. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue welcomes you for outdoor meals.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. You can clean the property yourself or book cleaning for an extra fee.
Enjoy a peaceful setting, 15 km from the beaches and 30 minutes from the peninsula.
The cottage's ground floor is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
